Heather Vaughan, L.Ac, MSOM, C.Ay, CYT

Heather E. Vaughan, L. Ac, MSOM, C. Ay, CYT, (she/her) is a licensed Acupuncturist and certified Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner. She completed her Master’s of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Honolulu’s Chinatown in 2023, Ayurvedic Studies Level 2 at the Ayurvedic Institute in 2010, and studies in Clinical Herbalism at the University of New Mexico in 2012. 

Her clinic, Synthesis Medicine Acupuncture, is located in both beautiful Downtown Asheville, and Weaverville, NC. She is also available for clinical herbalism and Ayurveda virtual consultations. She prides herself on inquisitive, results driven patient experience and treats a broad range of conditions, offering chronic disease support, pain relief, reduced anxiety and emotional resilience, improved digestion and metabolism, and reproductive health.
